"As a small business owner a review of this nature we do not take lightly. I would first like to state that the owner and I came to an amicable resolution that was created by him and I. In our defense we requested that we paint entire walls instead of multiple touch ups. Client opted for touchups. We also requested doing a more difficult texturing process that would have delivered a better final result but the client opted to go a touch up method. There was issues of quality control that I was embarrassed by. Some of the pictures/projects that were uploaded or discussed on multiple different review platforms also had nothing to do with us. "As a small business owner I take complaints very seriously. This was a difficult project. The project value is overstated but believe was a typo. Work completed was about $4,000. The lesson I learned in this project was that Nathan's Handyman Service needs to have clients complete drawings and schematics before we start work on a larger complex project. The client was trying to move in and after multiple design changes and rushed demands by the client the relationship broke down. I can understand and empathize with the client and we have taken an approach to make expectations very clear from the start to avoid a repeat of this failed relationship.
