Leo Martinez, owner, is a former outside sales paint representative who has extensive experience in the product and application process of paint. Our estimates are all FREE and we provide extensive information during our appointments to ensure you are receiving the best services for your investment. Along with that, every job begins and ends with a member of management present and NO MONEY is ever ask until the job is complete and the customer is 100% satisfied. Our company is a family oriented business and aims to remain a small painting company so we can provide the best customer service and paint/tile quality to our customers. We are very pleased with the job that Jesus and Enrique did and all while we and 2 dogs were living in the house. Their work was impeccable and the professionalism super. They were also very accommodating when other work overlapped theirs. Victor was helpful with the initial estimate and with ideas about colors and type of paint to use in each room as well as checking in with the team several times. He also referred us to Jackie, color consultant at Dunn-Edwards who provided very useful help in the final color selection.
I guess if we need a complaint, the painter evidently thought two lag bolts sticking out of the wall in back were unnecessary so he removed them and patched the holes. Actually they were to support a retractable clothesline and this was easily put back they way it was. Otherwise, I would call it about perfect.

Prep work, pressure washed exterior of house, all necessary touch up and primer.
Very complete and clean masking.
Three color paint job was an exact match to existing paint scheme.
Two coats applied in opposite directions for compete coverage on stucco.
When the job was done there was no over-spray, no damage to property, and no waste or garbage on the house or yard.
Victor and his crew performed the work on schedule and promptly, minimizing the inconvenience. The quality of the work is excellent and their pricing was very competitive. We chose Land M after receiving 3 very good proposals.
We asked for a few little extras do be done and there was no complaint and no additional cost.
We did have a problem with some of the drywall repairs but this was corrected in a timely fashion.
Victor and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to do business with.
