"Communication" - Keeping customers updated on when windows are being made, shipped, delivered, and installed would be very helpful. - If there are any delays, a quick update goes a long way. - Timely responses to calls or emails ensure questions or concerns aren’t missed. - Making sure installers have all materials on hand helps avoid delays. - If the crew needs to return to complete the job, clear communication—both verbal and written—would be appreciated. - Sharing photos of the completed work would be a nice touch. - Having someone perform a quick quality check and obtain customer sign-off would make the process feel complete.
