"Wind storm took some tiles off the roof. Butch, the "stud duck" at Chandler Roofing, came over and gave me an estimate on the same day I called for service. The estimate was accepted, and we scheduled the work, even though I was leaving town for a few weeks. During my absence the work was completed, and I was apprised of the progress by Kindra, the office manager, via email. When I returned I inspected the work and found it to be excellent. Additionally, I found that the workers had left a few matchintg tiles in the event of future problems. A top-notch experience for me.
