"Daniel showed up on the button for the appointment time. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We agreed on what was to be cleaned and before he started the work he explained how it would go, what equipment he was using and how it worked.
The outcome: I would use this man's service anytime for anything he does. My carpets have NEVER been this clean in the high-traffic areas. The carpet is gorgeous.
I plan to hire him for window washing also. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him at the end of the service. I would absolutely not hesitate to hire Daniel Kelley for any service he performs.
"The service providers/painters arrived on time. They did the exterior of our home and the fence. Extra touch was removing slats in wrought iron gate, painting to match trim and replacing. The prep work was extensive and resulted in an exceptional paint result. They used Dunn-Edwards paint as I requested and left remaining paint for me. The job was quoted at one and a half days and was completed in one long day. The price was very reasonable. The property was cleaned up well and they left premises as found. I will definitely recommend this company and would use them again."
"I use the service 10-30 times a month in 11-12 years. The service was fantastic. I highly recommended them. I like the quality of their work and their promptness. They were on time and they were there when they said they would. It was a great service."
"Great service! Very professional. Everything was great. Just an observation: Being a first time customer, I asked cleaners to have someone call me with a quote to continue monthly. I never heard back from them to get feedback or see if I wanted to continue. I was a bit surprised there was no follow up for my business. "
"Fernando from CDI was prompt, professional, precise and respectful. His work was A+, quick and very reasonable. I highly recommend Fernando to anyone that needs his services and I will certainly retain his services for future projects."
"This company is amazing!! Professional from the first phone call, estimates up until the job was complete. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the work during the process as well as the timing. If your looking for excellent service folks, look no more!!!"
"The painting went as scheduled, the price was great, they were very easy to work with, and upfront with everything that they did. I would definitely recommend them."
"Much quicker response than anyone else I have requested recently. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in getting work done. Have had problems getting this type work and other landscape repairs done timely, correctly and at reasonable cost. This company does variety of services and I will definitely call them first for future needs."
"Eddie and Scot both came out painted and did an amazing job. Great couple of guys and very punctual I have found my new paint guy and will use his service again"

The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.
The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.
Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.
