gas leak repair
+ -1 moreThis company was assigned by my home warranty company. It was very difficult to get ahold of the company initially. After I nearly gave up, they finally reached out to me and set up a 9am-noon start time the following day. As of noon, the person had not called. I had to call to figure out what was going on. I was then promised the technician would be here in an hour or two. The company instead proceeded to cancel my service request without telling me. I had to find out from the home warranty company a few hours later. Now I'm left without gas and heat for my family before a night that is expected to be 30 degrees.
