We were having issues heating and air conditioning the portion of our home that was converted from a garage into living space, plus our old air conditioner was on it's last legs. Kyle came and inspected our system and pointed out to us the old duct work was not only falling apart but was also too narrow to facilitate proper air flow. He took the time to answer all our questions and fully explained how he would make the system more efficient. He replaced and re-routed all our duct work and installed a new unit for a very reasonable cost. he was prompt and professional. He did an excellent job and our heating and air conditioning are working better than they ever have. Would recommend him to anyone.

I can't say enough good about Kyle and his company.  I think he's honest and fair.  We love our new AC and my bills have been consistently lower every month than they were the year before I had the new AC.  After the AC was in there was an issue that I wanted him to come look at and Kyle came himself and looked everything over and was able to fix everything the way I needed it.  Fast forward to August 2011 (which is when I am writing this review) - my other AC is going out so of course I called Kyle again.  He came as quick as he could, which with it being 112 outside I'm sure it wasn't easy to squeeze me in, and he did a temporary fix that would hopefully tide us over for the rest of the summer.  He then offered to apply the $435.00 I spent fixing the AC towards my cost of replacing the AC if I wanted to do that during the off season.  (This is my 2nd AC - not the one he replaced in 2009.)
