"Billy was an honest businessman. After talking with him, I discovered the window tinting really wasn t going to solve my situation. We had our interior of the house painted some months ago. The whole window treatment for our sliding glass door, came crashing down. I had asked Billy if he knew anyone that could reinstall the damaged verticals, rod, brackets and drape.
