"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. "Jeff Wycoff turned out to be a superior IT Specialist. I called him to fix my Windows 7 computer today that was acting up after the latest Windows update. He repaired it flawlessly. While he was fixing my computer my office called about the printer at the front office not printing. Jeff overheard me talking and said he could fix it. He did and repaired some other things flawlessly while there, then back to my computer. He asked if I would want the home computer cleaned up. I said yes and he did that including upgrading to Windows 10. All works smoothly. Jeff is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Jeff Wyckoff of Onsite-IT-Solutions, LLC."

"I contacted Rick for a really tough computer repair, that ended up with a recommendation to replace it with a more current system. I ordered a new computer, when it arrived Rick came over and picked my old system and my new computer up and transferred all my data and prepared the computer to make it turn key ready. He brought it back and set it up and connected my printer and wireless KB and Mouse, then tested everything with me. I would highly recommend Rick and his Charges are VERY REASONABLE!!! "Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Chris spent the time it took to revive the 2 and speed up the sluggish ones. He had to run some diagnostic programs and while they were running he worked on the others so there was no downtime of wait time- he was working the whole time. He stayed until the problems were solved; he didn't give up on even the oldest ones. He advised us before he undertook some of the work so we could determine if one of the older computers was worth fixing. He is thoroughly professional and exceptionally competent; by far the best we've ever experienced."

"I called Luther on Friday morning while I was at work and set up an appt. for the same day. He came to my place exactly on time. Very punctual. He's also very neat and clean in his appearance and work habits. After signing an agreement on price so everything was clear and showing him my list of problems, he got right to work. Luther checked everything for viruses and then got rid of a lot of things that were making my computer run super slow. Then, after discussion, he uninstalled my antivirus program and installed his preferred program, which was very streamlined and easy to use. I just sits, running, in the background and doesn't interfere with my browsing experience. Luther also, by chance, had some "used" memory that worked with my pc. So he took my (very dusty and dog hairy) unit outside, gave it a good blowout and installed the memory for a very reasonable price. Luther told me my computer still has room for improvement (room available for more memory) but that this should improve things. It did....immensely.  Luther more than gave me my money's worth, I have to say and my computer is running like it should. I try to do a lot of my own troubleshooting on my computer, but after this experience I know I'm a rank amateur.  I'm really happy with my computer for now and I'll definitely be giving him a call in the future when I'm looking for a computer tech.
