Their website provided a comprehensive overview of how the rugs are treated and cleaned. I knew I selected the right rug cleaners to be trusted with my 30 year old rug when I visited their company. Paul was kind enough to show me the entire operation from start to finish. My oriental rug required additional cleaning due to years of using a product called carpet fresh. Paul insisted on cleaning the rug with a second wash without additional cost to me. I really appreciated the delivery service too. I would highly recommend Airloom Rug Washing Company."
