He moved all our furniture with care and did an impeccable job on the carpet repair. It looks like new again. Bill in the office was easy to work with when setting up the appointment. Very nice guy.

Jeff the owner did a very professional job. The carpet had a severe bulge due to other carpet installer. Jeff was able to remove the bulge in the master bedroom and bathroom hall room. The carpet looks brand new! I would hire Jeff in a heartbeat. Bill his assistant is also very good!

My car broke down the morning that they were supposed to come install my carpet. â ¹ï¸ They called me to say they were on the way and I said I couldnâ t make it for a while as I was waiting for the shuttle at the dealer to take me home. This is complete Customer service! He picked me up at the dealer and brought me to my house! And then he install my carpet! ð Great job!!!

Very professional and completed the job swiftly

Was able to match my carpet exactly. I had some pet stains and smells coming from my carpet & they completely replaced my bedroom & closet carpet. They also provided a pet treatment that assisted in getting rid of those smells for good. They are very efficient & professional. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a carpet repair/replacement. They are very flexible & allowed this carpet replacement to occur without the apartment complex finding out.

Jeff offered to come to the house to give me a quote for stretching the carpet in 3 rooms of my house. He recommended using a steamer on my stairs in order to get a good stretch. No one else offered that service. Jeff came over sooner than anticipated and had the job done in 2 1/2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with his work. He was very personable and was able to give me advise on care for my carpet. I will certainly use McFarland and Son Flooring again. Will also pass on a recommendation to anyone I know that needs carpet or floor work.

Jeff is super friendly and easy to have in your home. He did a fine job. My husband and I both had our knees replaced so watching Jeff repair the carpet by slamming his knee against the wall to tighten it was killing us( lol) but he knows what to look forward to I guess! Thanks Jeff! His price was totally reasonable ! Iâ d recommend him to anyone who asked me about carpeting.

We had to patch an area in a bedroom. You canâ t even tell where the patch was.
