"The customer service was amazing! They showed up on time and talks us through the whole process. Brandon was the service guy and he was super nice! He had extra time and asked since all the furniture was out if we wanted it clean too. We were planning on calling another company for that but we were super happy with the offer! The carpet looks great and refreshed!"

"The guys were at our house right on time and got to work. It took them a little longer to complete the repair but that was because they ran into issues with the portion they had to cut out of a closet. The final product was done well with good seems and the carpet stretched. I would recommend this company!"

Carpet Stretching questions, answered by experts

Steam cleaning is the best way to clean a carpet to enhance the color and texture of the fibers. You can either rent a steam cleaner and clean the carpet yourself or hire a local carpet cleaning team for a more thorough pass.

The best way to fix carpet matting is to start by vacuuming thoroughly in multiple directions to lift the flattened fibers. For more stubborn spots, apply moisture with an ice cube or steam, then fluff the carpet using a spoon, comb, or carpet brush. A blow dryer or warm iron over a damp towel can also help restore the carpet’s texture. For deep or widespread matting, a professional cleaning is your best bet to fluff your carpet back up to its former glory.

Bumps, wrinkles, or detachment often require stretching for smoothness.

Yes, carpeted stairs are generally considered safer than stairs with hard surfaces like wood, vinyl, or tile. Carpet provides more traction, which helps reduce the chances of slips and falls, and its cushioning can lessen the severity of an injury if a fall does occur. Hard surfaces often lack the friction needed for a secure tread and can be quite slippery.

However, it's worth noting that some carpets can also be slick, particularly if they are brand new, dirty, or made from certain materials. If any stair surface feels too slippery, traction treads can be added to most materials to increase grip and improve safety.

An Oriental rug should last between 50 and 100 years, on average, but yours could last much longer than a century if you care for it properly. There are many factors that affect the lifespan of an Oriental rug, though. Increased foot traffic, exposure to moisture, exposure to UV light and sunlight, and aggressive cleaning can all limit how long your rug will last.
