We found this deal on Angie's List and Mr. Bill contacted us to schedule a day and time to come and look at our spigot. He just asked me to send him a picture via text so that he could be prepared to fix it before he even got there. "They were going to charge for part of the estimate and so I decided not to use them because of that. The estimate was pretty high. I had the job done and it was probably almost half the price they were going to charge but they were local contractors through a realtor company that I deal with. The sounded like they knew what they were doing, it sounded like they would have done the job pretty nicely but the were rather high plus hey were going to charge for giving me a proper estimate. They couldn't give me a proper estimate because I wouldn't pay the fee for the estimate. It was about 8 to $900."
