I used them for a 2 part business move and each time I did the scheduling, Mary was always very responsive and eager to help. The 2nd part was the biggest move with two stops and even though there were some issues with one of the stops, the 4 guys (Pedro (Peter), Clyde, Ruben & Ahli) never complained and helped me to figure things out. With both moves I was always amazed at how quickly the process was completed and its because they hire experienced and organized employees! Due to the COVID-19 situation, we got our estimate via a video call (which was our request). I was satisfied that we were getting a good price with a professional company. I had many calls with Ron prior to the call to discuss the details of the upcoming move and he was always very honest and fair with me. On the morning of the move, the 4 man team arrived on time, and they all wore masks which we had requested. The team leader, Emmanuel, was so accommodating and polite. All the guys worked hard and were very careful with our things. We really appreciated their efforts and the fact that none of our belongings were damaged in the move.
