This man did nothing he said but let the lies slide off his lips. Just alot cheesing with his lips and lies off his tongue. This man did not do what he said and took all day to do that and came back, supposing finish because it was getting late and early dark. But he only came back with a large quote to do whatever . He thought I was really stupid or desperate. I wouldn't recommend him to do free work as a matter of fact Angie need to stop using people who come out and try and take advantage of good hard working people. I give this person a MINUS 100 stars. It's ashame that contsruction-contractors they can make a fool out out of hard working people. Do Not I repeat DO Not hire this man, he is out to take your money and do not do the work. Do Not give him a chance to to take up your time or just take your money. Slick sucker, stop man God not pleased with your way of working. Stop the bullshit. Donald reached out timely to me and scheduled visit much sooner than the competition could be here. He took time to understand my concerns and budget requirements. He completed the job (hanging attic door) at agreed upfront price even though job required time and effort beyond the norm. I am fairly handy but know my limits. He is expert in many areas and highly skilled. I shall request his service for future handyman jobs beyond my basic skills set.

He came at @8:00am gave me an assignment for 3 doors and said he could do all 3 doors in 1 day for a total of 750.00 dollars. Gave 500.00 advance for the material. Balance due 250.00. tore down 2 doors without finding a replacement door. About to rain. Replaced door 1 all screwed up. Made him put 2 doors he tore down. Left about 6:30 pm. Had to clean up his mess. Came back maybe Monday can not remember exactly which day with 2 pieces out of scrap wood and no doors. Came back that Thursday with a new estimate of 3000.00. told him not to go any farther. Slick beat me out of my money. As far as I look at it he owes me for a bad job.

He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He told me exactly what the job will require and did just that. He's also affordable.
