"Brian was quick, priced right, and did exceptionally well on my roof, driveway, and house. I was unsure at first as he is not a salesman and doesn’t talk too much - but the work is unmatched. I’ve attached a photo showing a before and after. I will return to Brian in the future. Thank you!!"

"So initially, I met Dave of Bluff City Bin Pros I asked if he would power wash my bins too although I wasn’t on his schedule and he had no problem doing so I was very impressed. He left my trash bins, clean and sanitized. Dave usually comes to my subdivision about once every three weeks. So today I asked Dave to come by my neighborhood and clean my trash bins although he was out yesterday unfortunately I missed him, but Dave drove all the way from Cordova here to Arlington and clean my trash bins, clean and fantasize them in a professional manner and I was very grateful. I highly recommend Dave Bluff City Bin Pros to not only residential customers, bur also commerical customers like restaurants as well!!!!!"

"Gregory Shaw was extremely helpful in describing how he was going the manage my project and his bid was very reasonable. He power washed my patio, porch, and walkways and moved a lot of furniture in the process. His equipment was very impressive and the results were outstanding! In addition, he washed my brick mailbox and the surrounding area at no extra charge. I highly recommend his company for your exterior washing needs. In fact I have hired him power wash my long driveway this week."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

It’s important to avoid power washing your house during freezing temperatures because the excess water can freeze on surfaces and cause damage. You should also avoid doing this task during heavy wind or rain because the water spray becomes less effective and could spread debris. Don’t power wash your home if your siding is cracked, loose, or peeling because the high pressure can worsen the damage. Lastly, if your home has delicate materials like softwood or stucco, consider gentler cleaning methods to prevent structural harm.

If you don’t use the right PSI setting for your fence’s material, then yes, pressure washing can ruin your fence. Specifically, if you use a PSI that's too powerful, you may permanently damage a fence. Pressure washers can also remove paint from fences, though this can be a great thing if you’re looking to restore an old wood fence.

This answer is a bit tricky because experts say both. You should apply your cleaning solution from bottom to top, but rinse from top to bottom to avoid streaking. When it comes to multi-story houses, you’ll want to start at the top floor and work your way down, but follow the above instructions for each level as if it were an independent structure, rather than washing the whole house as one unit.

Yes, you can pressure wash epoxy floors, but you must take precautions to avoid damaging the surface. While most epoxy floors can be cleaned with a mop, you might choose to pressure wash if the floor is stained, has ground-in dirt, or is covered with mold or mildew. To do so safely, first soak any stains or dirty areas with a gentle cleanser. Use a lower pressure setting with a gentle nozzle, such as a green, white, or black tip, or a 45-degree angled tip. Keep the spray nozzle at least 18 inches away from the floor to protect the surface. Using a surface cleaner attachment or a rotary scrubber can also help prevent overspray. Be cautious if using a power washer that heats the water, as the combination of heat and pressure may be too powerful and could damage the epoxy coating.

Powerwashing services for businesses typically range from $200 to $1,500, depending on surface size, level of grime, and cleaning methods. Heavily stained or high-rise buildings may require additional labor and equipment.
