  While doing some remodeling we noticed that the exterior door frame to the back yard was completely rotted. So of course the wife makes a honey-do-list and the husband, try’s fixing it. It didn’t work out as planned and had to find a contractor to come fix the job. After several calls, JT’s was the first one that could come out the exact same day!! So thankful! And he didn’t charge an arm and a leg! Hopefully we won’t have to, but would definitely contact him again if needed :) he is the first person I would call if you are reading this comment!   I should have backed away when he kept having trouble showing up for the work and rescheduling. Screen / storm door with pet access installed and full door with it. Screen door wasn't catching in the latches or top corner. He slowly bent the door to where the top met. He said they are cheap from manufacturer and you have to bend them. Afterwards I went to clean class on door, could not raise glass all the way because frame is too bent. I have called and sent text messages OVER 18 TIMES with NO ANSWER!! His business card shows Better Business Bureau, their website says never a member!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!show more

  We got an estimate around the first of February and scheduled the work to be done when we returned from a cruise, which just happened to coincide with when the coronavirus was blowing up. We notified Wilson's that we were home but the work could wait until their employees could feel safe to work. They came the next week and began installing the siding and windows at the same time. We could not have asked for more attentive or efficient work on our home as they finished it within about a week. We had problems with rain in the forecast, so that delayed the window installation for a day or two, but the siding crew worked every day, coming early and staying late to get finished. They only had to leave early one day due to rain, and the rest of the time, they worked like trojans. We were extremely impressed by the level of service provided, which included supervisors and inspectors coming by to check on the work progress. This is part of their normal service, which really helps customers feel confident that "they haven't been forgotten after the job starts". If we had questions, we were provided answers quickly. We are more than pleased with our new siding and windows and would definitely recommend Wilson's to anyone contemplating making these improvements on their homeshow more

  Wilson's estimate was very much in line (if not better) than the other 3 estimates I had. I chose them because of the mannerism of each person I spoke to. I had a million questions and they made sure I was comfortable with all the answers. I told them of some bad contractor experiences I have had in the past and they were ALL very reassuring that they would do things right, and if I wasn't happy with anything they would come back. They did exactly what they said they would! The salesman, the gentleman that measured everything to the installation team - they were ALL extremely professional and accommodating. They even sent out a more experienced trim team to make sure the new trim around the windows was just as detailed and beveled as what they removed. I had no reservations of leaving them alone in my house while I was at work, which isn't something I feel comfortable doing these days. The best part is they even let my dog out at lunch for me and let her back in to save us a trip home. They cleaned everything up when they finished and everything looks great! The house is so much quieter and I could feel the heat reduction immediately as my bedroom was always so hot this time of year.   We had a leaking patio door, and wilsons suggested an more efficient replacement door. They had several options to choose from, and their salesman was very knowledgable about what would work best for our house. We also needed a second door for a crawlspace entry, and Wilson's had that too. Both doors had to be ordered and came in after abut 10 days. Wilsons then called to set up a good time to install the doors. The installation crew was very experienced, and did a good job. Once the old door was removed, their installers took the extra time to make sure the leaking areas were sealed and properly insulated. They also went upstairs and installed caulk around a window frame to ensure no more water would be getting into the house. After the installation was completed, Wilson's has a quality inspection performed by one of their area managers. We were able to review the whole job with Wilson's after a couple of days. The quality inspector installed another bead of caulk that he felt should be added to the crawl space door to prevent water ingression. After we made our final payment, we received a thank-you packet in the mail, with all the warranty documents. I was impressed with Wilson's desire to make sure the install was done right and we were satisfied. I would definately recommend Wilson'sshow more

  This was the most professional job from start to finish I have ever experienced! I cannot say enough good things about the service that was performed or the products that were installed. The Marketing team thoroughly explained the options available and offered helpful suggestions based on their experience. From a budgetary perspective, I appreciated knowing up-front what the total cost would be, with no hidden charges or add-on fees. The price included hauling off and disposing the used material which saved me from cleaning up after the job was complete. The crew arrived punctually and went to work immediately. They worked non-stop until completion. They would not even rest for a lunch break or slow down to enjoy some water, a cup of coffee, or a soft drink. Every time they entered the house, they walked on protective coverings they spread out on the floors and also slipped "booties" on over their work shoes. When complete, they demonstrated how to properly operate the windows and doors and reviewed in detail the features; they explained how to use different setting to achieve various effects. They also pointed out the special serial number affixed to each window and explained that if any problem occurred resulting in a replacement, all we had to do was to provide the unique serial number. It was absolutely amazing! After installation, a follow-up telephone call was made to insure all was done properly and we were satisfied and asked if there were any questions. A week after installation, a supervisor came by to inspect the job and make sure all was working as it should be, we knew all about the operation and different features, and asked if the clean-up was done to our satisfaction; a couple of weeks after this, another supervisor visit came over to double check everything was done properly, professionally, and superbly - it was! I cannot believe how quiet the house is and how much cleaner it is now with the new windows installed and sealed so well. It really makes you wonder about the amount of dust and pollen that previously worked its way into the house through the old windows - yuckshow more

  Very well. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and easy to work with. The crews showed up as scheduled, worked quickly and thoroughly, and cleaned up well when they were through. One of the inspectors spotted and corrected imperfections that I probably would not have noticed, like a couple of small nail heads that didn't match the color of the siding, which he touched up with some matching paint. The cost was a little higher than I had hoped for, but if making the decision again, I would definitely go with Wilson's.   I got estimates from 3 different companies on replacing all of the windows in my house and one exterior door. I chose Wilson's because they gave the second cheapest estimate and had the best reviews that I could find. They came and replaced 13 windows all in one day with only 3 or 4 people working, and came back at a later date to install the door because it was not ready at the same time as the windows. There was a misunderstanding over whether or not I wanted the 14th window replaced or not so they later came back another day to replace it at a reduced price (even though it was probably my fault). We later decided to have another exterior door replaced and got them to do it because we were so pleased with their previous work. A few days after the installations someone came back to look at the work and make sure there were no problems. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and doors so far, although I have only had them for a couple of months now. They were very easy to get in contact with whenever I needed them and were always early, not just on time. They were very professional, friendly, and trustworthy, I left them at my house by themselves more than once for hours at a time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new windows or doorsshow more
