Harmon replied to my request the same day and scheduled the appt for the next day. The technician with30 yrs of experience, completed the replacement of the springs in half an hour. The door opens and closes well and he added lub and now makes no noise.

Johnny was great. He showed up on time (quicker than the predicted couple hours) and immediately fixed the problem. While he was here he gave me sound advice about the upkeep and then he changed the garage door opener lightbulb for me. It's been out for three years. He was awesome and left my garage in better condition than it was before my mom's fender bent it. I will only call Harmon Overhead from now on! ?

The serviceman arrived in the same hour as I called. Had the tools and parts with him. The work was very satisfactory and fast.

They responded immediately when I put in a request for an estimate, they came as scheduled for the estimate, and were on time as scheduled to do the repair.  Would hire them again no doubt about it.

My garage door chain came off & when I put it back on I guess the chain was too tight.  After, a few hours, chain back in place but gear/sprocket broke.  I reached out to Harmon Overhead Door because of all the great reviews on Angie's List.  I messaged them late yesterday (Sunday) via Angie's List & had a voicemail before I turned on my work cell this morning.  I called & spoke to Jackie.  She told me they could fix today but I wasn't at home until late.  No problem, they did the work & just called me when completed.  Paid over the phone & came home to a working garage door!  Can't say enough good things about their service & work.  I will be telling my friends/family.

The service from Harmon Overhead Door was courteous, prompt and efficient from the original phone call to the completion of the job.  Technician Jacob arrived on time and completed the job in a about 20 minutes.  He also oiled the other moving parts of the garage door.  He took away the broken springs and left everything neat and clean.

One of my garage door springs broke so I purchased a set online with the hopes of installing them myself and saving some money; however, as I began my install I thought the top strut was bent, so I call Harmon and setup an appointment to fix the strut and inspect my spring install job.  I initially spoke with Jackie when setting up my appointment; she was very helpful and answered all of my questions, include price estimates.
Ultimately, the strut was fine (honesty...check) and the installer (Johnny) was nice enough to finish the spring install I began.  Johnny was very professional and polite.  He was was patient and answered all of my questions including upkeep of the door (for example: when weather strippings and rollers should be replaced).
Overall I'm very pleased with Harmon.  They charge a flat $75 service fee, then the cost of the parts.  I found their prices were comparable to other garage door companies located in the Little Rock Area.

The spring on the door broke on Saturday.  I reviewed Angie's List and scheduled an appointment via  Angie's List web site on Sunday.  I wasn't sure how often they checked email so I did call first thing Monday to schedule by phone. However, the scheduler, who was very polite and professional, also replied to the email and referenced the appointment about 30 minutes after they opened,  so the scheduler email is a reliable method of getting an appointment for those who need to do it that way. I called Monday morning at 8:05 a.m. and was told I'd have an afternoon appointment.  My door was working again by 2 p.m.  
James was the technician who came out and he was excellent.  He called just before he arrived to let me know he was on his way.  He didn't pressure or try to up-sell me on replacing both springs. He did have answers to my questions about predictable life-span of springs and since both were well over the average,  I asked him to replace both sides since the old springs were replaced at the same time. 
Not only did James do this work well and quickly in 98 degree temps, he asked me if I'd programmed the button in my car to open the door and,  if not, would I like to have it done while he was there so I wouldn't have to leave the garage door opener in my car clipped to my visor. He took time to point out that it can be dangerous if my car were to be broken into and the opener stolen.  
 He asked me after he had written the ticket and put away his tools. I never thought about it, so he offered after he had noticed my opener clipped to the visor as we stood by my car.  His kindness and over-and-above service required him to get out his ladder again and take the cover off the garage door opener box on the ceiling.  Wow!  How nice is that?  His concern and extra service are rare any more. 
I'm happy to recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.

All I can really say is wow, I called after the most horrible morning where I managed to back my car into my own garage door.  My first contact was very understanding and said she'd have someone out that day.  I had hope that at least they could get the door to lower so I wouldn't have my garage open all night.  Well they far surpassed that, the technician who arrived was so courteous and polite, he reassured me that I was not  the only person this ever happened to and he assessed the problems quickly and called for one of their people to bring over the needed parts.  In less than an hour they had my garage door looking as good as new.   I was relieved.   
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace or repair a garage door, they just went beyond what I expected and delivered an excellent finished product.
