"We could not be more pleased with the windows than we are! Recently Mr. Randy Jones came and looked at our old windows. Having just moved into our 60 year old home in Texarkana a few months ago, we were not sure we could afford this major improvement. We had already made several improvements and thought we would have to wait on replacing windows. We have quite a few windows and some are large. We were so happy to realize we would be able to get them ordered at a considerably lower cost than we were expecting! These two you men showed up and took one window apart, analyzing the problems. They knew what brand the windows were and determined what was needed to fix them. They gave ma a very fair price, ordered the parts and returned when the parts came in. They quickly replaced the broken parts and the repaired windows open and close with ease, like brand new windows. I am elated with the results and am having all the windows in my home repaired. They are all very courteous and professional and I highly recommend them to anyone that has window problems. I am still amazed at how easily my windows can be raised and lowered. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
