Norman has given me advice so I know what all needs to be done for the rental property and helping me to understand what is needed to make it rentable and what will be necessary at a future time, as well as helped me to find the right materials for the lowest price, and has recommend other companies for specialized work such as custom wood work that will be needed for the bathroom vanity, as well as a person who restores or resurfaces the older heavy metal bathtubs, ect. Honestly my mom as well as myself can not say enough to express how wonderful these two men are that they definitely know what they are doing and their excellent quality work speaks for itself. - 2 Men and A HammerThey showed up and tore out the vinyl, sub-floor and floor joist. A leak was found under the bathtub and they repaired it. They built a shelf for my bathroom sink. The best part of it all is that they laid the 2 x 6's that i had which I wanted down on top of the sub-floor in the hallway and kitchen area. Very honest and hard working men
- THE FLOOR STOREThe Floor Store was so awesome - they helped me pick out the tile for my floors and the perfect granite counter tops to fit my style. The installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves. The staff always kept me apprised of what was going on and what to expect.

We went to the stone place and picked out the granite countertops we wanted and the sinks and everything. They just really do a custom job. They’re awesome

The people that he had working for him were on-time, courteous, cleaned up any messes and the tile person ,as far as I am concerned, is a craftsman. The miscalculation of the square footage and pricing of tile and , him assuming I knew the terminology of the project is something we discussed as feedback for our future projects and for him dealing with his future client
- Kitchen & Bath ConceptsFran and Michael Lanari came to our home to assess bathroom and take measurements. Discussed options and style design at that time. Once they had all their figures/ideas in place we went to their business to discuss details. Fran had selected combinations of tile, stone, glasswork, colors. We selected the plumbing fixtures, vanity, etc at this time. They were extremely knowledgeable with the design aspect and had a good idea of the style we were looking for. The workers (Samson Birch and his crew) were very professional and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Samson gave us suggestions on placement of several items with explanation of why it would be better one way versus the other way. Workers came ready to work. The bathroom was gutted, tile shower with stone flooring and a "waterfall" design with glass tiles were installed after prep work, shower bar and corner shelves were installed. Shower fixtures, vanity fixtures, automatic fan installed. New high vanity installed, framed mirror, toilet, shower doors, tile flooring, above toilet cabinet. The bathroom looks bigger and I have plenty of storage. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely use them again

"Worked with one of their designers, Tim, who was wonderful. Really good ideas for some minor configuration changes that will make a huge difference in the usable space in the kitchen. He was very pleasant, professional, and nice to work with. Cabinets were delivered within the expected time frame (actually, a little early, which was fine). Have not yet been installed, but have been unpacked and all are in good shape after shipping - nothing broken, no damage. Cabinets seems to be very well made, and we are very happy with how they look ..... although they are sitting in the middle of the living room at the moment!
