"Very professional and explained everything he was done before he did it. I had a TV taken down from a house and installed at my apartment. I am very satisfied with the work that was done."
"Overdue THANK YOU to Daniell Heat & Air for their wonderful services and installation of my brand new Bosch HVAC unit after mine went out during a hot, hot, hot run of weather. Cole Lair was my project manager and he was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, polite, respectful, and helpful. Spent an entire day troubleshooting and evaluating my current system and gave me multiple options, as well as the pros and cons of each. Since my existing system was 25% beyond its average life expectancy, I decided not to put a bunch of money into it and to go with an entirely new system. Wes Seymour and Richard Solorzano formed the core of my installation crew and they went way above and beyond to get myself, my houseguests, and my dying elderly Golden Retriever, Butter, some cool air in the house. The main day of the installation, these stalwart master technicians worked from 9am to 11pm to put in the new system in a HOT attic and outside. The company even sent a courier to Ft. Smith, 3+ hours away, to obtain a needed part that was not available locally! Shannon at their office was also another shining example of the quality of this company - so attentive, helpful, and thorough in assisting me with financing. UNBELIEVABLE DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS QUALITY COMPANY! I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!!! And last, but not least in this old heart of mine, was the totally unrelated but humanitarian assistance Wes and Richard provided when my dying elderly dog got stranded down the steps in the yard. He could not make it back up by himself and I'm not strong enough to lift a 105 pound dog up the stairs. I made front and back end slings out of sheets and Wes and Richard carried Butter back up the stairs and into the kitchen for me. They were so gentle and helped me get Butter back settled on his bed in the kitchen... tears then and tears now as I recount their kindness to me and my beloved canine companion. I will never forget it. Ever. I pray God's blessings on this wonderful company and their exemplary employees. https://www.facebook.com/DaniellHeatandAir?mibextid=ZbWKwL"

"Jim and partner Don, and their crew did a fantastic, professional job. From the detailed estimate to the finished product, they were prompt and kept us informed of when they would be working, when any problems or changes needed to be discussed, and even detected and fixed very inexpensively a structural problem with our deck. They redesigned our stairs off our deck to provide access to both the yard and the area below the deck. It is very functional and solid. No problems at all. They also built and installed two gates on the stairs to keep our dog corralled. We looked into others for this work and found them to be reasonably priced and highly recommended. They even took us to another job site to show us the quality of their work. Jim is truly a quality professional and individual and has provided other advise about some home issues. If you call him, you will be very impressed and happy you did. I highly recommend him. "
"Went well, although every time I got a call, there was more bad news. The wall had been leaking because a deck had not been installed properly. There was no flashing, so all rain water was running inside the wall for years causing rotting and mold. They took off upper deck boards and removed siding and framing to reveal the problem. They built a temporary wall, as there was nothing holding the wall up, since the joists were rotted. The windows had to be removed, since everything was rotted. All was replaced and the windows put back, as well as the siding and deck boards. Wallboard was replaced inside the room and textured and painted and repairs made to the ceiling. This was all happening after I had just had the whole downstairs painted. =( Art Frewalt and his crew were very nice and worked to get the job done as quickly as possible. I will definitely call on them again."
Woodpeckers may seek out homes with aluminum siding or tin roofs because these surfaces echo their drumming. Homes with wood siding are more frequently targeted as roosting areas or for food sources. If you have insects living in the exposed wood in your home, the birds are likely looking for a snack, in which case your best option is to hire an exterminator.
In addition to a dislike of strong smells, such as peppermint, citrus, cinnamon, lavender, and eucalyptus, there are some who believe spiders dislike music or other loud sounds. You can try cranking up your music, and the spiders supposedly don’t care for the vibration, which can help keep them out of your home. Continuous vibrations can throw off their senses and make them look for a food source elsewhere.
It is highly unlikely that fleas will go away on their own without treatment. Female fleas can lay dozens of eggs per day—up to 50—causing their numbers to multiply quickly and spread throughout your home. An adult flea can live for around 100 days or even up to a year as long as it has access to a host, such as a pet or human. Even without a host to feed on, fleas can survive for weeks. Because of their rapid reproduction and resilience, it's best to tackle a flea problem as soon as possible. Hiring an exterminator is recommended to prevent the infestation from worsening.
Costs depend on infestation severity, business size, treatment type, and frequency of service.
You’re not likely to find water bugs in your house. They may accidentally come in an open door when flying, especially since they are attracted to lights. But water bugs tend to stay stationary in bodies of water. You’re much more likely to see a roach in your home, not a water bug.
