We called and left a message at 4:30 a.m. and by 5:30 we received a return call from Ron saying they would be out to the house by 8:00 am. They were here by 7:45 and within a couple of hours, we had a new water heater. I can’t say enough about Ron and his crew’s professionalism and work. I hope we don’t need to make a third call but, if we do, it will always be to Ron’s Express Plumbing!"
