If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

"This is an awesome moving company. I had to find movers at the last minute, less than 24 hours an Terrion was very gracious to accommodate me & at a really good rate. I even change the move date & he worked with me on that. The movers did an incredible job moving all my home valuables, furniture and all into a storage unit. They arranged everything to maximize the floor to ceiling-space so that everything fit in one storage unit. IDK how they did but they did and they moved my whole house in less than 5 hours. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."
