He was extremely professional, kind and courteous of my time and property. He explained various details which I was very glad to learn. He showed me pictures of my dirty chimney which he emailed as well. Upon my request /inquiry he even discussed possibly making a custom screen that would fit my particular situation !! He even performed a complimentary check on my dryer’s performance! I can not say enough positives about this experience. I even referred few of my neighbors and family to him.
