Customers say: Quick response

"I was looking for a reputable roofing company after receiving hail and wind damage to my roof. The Roof Commander came with high recommendations. I was very pleased with how Dustin responded so quickly and took time to explain to everything that was going on with my roof. He even made himself available to assist me with the process of making my insurance claim and met with the insurance claim adjuster. This took a lot of stress off of me being a new homeowner, and I am grateful. You can not go wrong choosing Dustin and his team with The Roof Commander. They were timely, neat, considerate, and friendly! Excellent Work! My roof looks great! Thanks a Bunch, Valerie."

"Brandon was amazing! His communication was prompt and professional. He arrived as agreed communicating with me prior to arriving. He was extremely professional, kind and courteous of my time and property. He explained various details which I was very glad to learn. He showed me pictures of my dirty chimney which he emailed as well. Upon my request /inquiry he even discussed possibly making a custom screen that would fit my particular situation !! He even performed a complimentary check on my dryer’s performance! I can not say enough positives about this experience. I even referred few of my neighbors and family to him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brandon with Omega Fireplace - you will not regret booking this service with this young man !!"

Yes, a seller is legally required to disclose any known fire damage when selling a house, including damages that were repaired. That includes damages to structural components and all major systems, as well as water damage, chemical damage, and smoke damage related to the fire. Sellers use a property disclosure statement, which is regulated by each state individually, to disclose fire damage.

Costs range from $1,000 to $10,000, depending on the extent of the damage and affected areas.

Hard materials like glass, metal, and hardwood floors, washable fabrics, and undamaged electrical appliances can often be salvaged after a fire, although it depends on the extent of the damage. For washable fabrics, make sure to use a phosphate mix during the washing process to extract the smoke smell. There are a few things you should throw away after a fire, like canned foods and cosmetics, even if they don’t look like they’re damaged.

Yes, many HVAC professionals offer emergency repair services for furnaces and other heating systems. These services are especially common during the winter and colder seasons when functional heating is crucial.

If untreated, smoke damage is definitely toxic. Carbon and tar are two types of toxic chemicals in smoke that can damage your lungs and other parts of your body if you breathe them in for long periods of time. If you still smell smoke after the fire, it’s important that you call your restoration team for support.
