"Chris and Arturo are both pleasant gentlemen to work with. They were punctual and worked very hard.  Chris expected the job to take 3 weeks, but it ended up only taking 2- which I was very happy with.  When they were finished Chris aked me if there was anything I wasn't happy with.  I noticed some slight bumps in one of the cabinet doors, and I was very hesitant to ask him to fix it because it was so minor.  But I did, and he took the doors home and resanded and painted the spots in question.  He went out of his way to ensure perfection and I appreciated that.   I am very please with how my kitchen cabinets look!!!

"Recently had a screen room built by Decks, Etc. Couldn't be more pleased with the final product. I don't expect everything to go perfect, but I judge a business by the finished product and how they react to an issue. I had real problem with the door. I asked the owner to come look. They agreed with the issue and offered me an upgrade at no additional costs. That is REAL customer service. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the owner. we communicated via text. Always got an answer within the hour even after normal business hours. I have told the owner they give my name as a reference any time."

"Overall, we could not have asked for a better job to have been done. Shain and crew (2 other guys) did a phenomenal job. The back porch looks amazing.
The floor of the porch was original wood to the house (1930s era) and had rotted. They replaced the wood and built out new walls and installed new screens. The attic ladder is original to the house, so they decided to try and salvage the ladder if they could, rather than replace it; suffice to say, they saved the ladder and ensured that it's firmly back in its tracks and more sturdy than before. They salvaged wood from the porch to do some repairs to flooring in the house.
Each day they arrived on time - as a matter of fact, they called each day when they were en route. If they left during the course of the day, they always let us know when they'd be back.
It's clear that they're a talented, hardworking group of guys. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for other odd jobs that need to be done, and I've recommended them to friends already.
Do note, however, that even though the website states they accept credit cards, they in fact do not - cash or check only (which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others needing/planning to pay by credit).
Overall, we're very happy with the level of craftmanship and how quickly they got everything done. They gave us an estimate on a Friday, started work Monday morning, finished Wednesday afternoon. And they came in spot on on their estimate.

About moving furniture, I thought I had to move stuff around, he told me all I needed to do was get out of the way. He took care of everything. I would recommend him to anyone. "We purchased a new home that we wanted painted inside and out before move-in.  Our first choice of provider  who we had previous experience with was not available on the timeline I preferred so I went to Angies List and messaged several providers.  Tim Lee was the first to respond (within minutes) and contacted me that evening to set up a time to come give estimate and let me know they could start the following week and be complete before our move in date.  He used Sherwin Williams paint which was our preference and had a paint swatch stack on hand so we could select exact paint colors during the estimate visit which was helpful and saved us going to Sherwin Williams and grabbing several cards and taking them back to the house to contemplate/decide.  He was very thorough and professional in estimate and provided us several options to see what best met our budget.  He was EXTREMELY prompt in response and communication helping get our project started.  He estimated 7 work days to complete and actually was able to start ahead of schedule by 1 day and complete project in 4 days.  There was a communication issue with team as they had communicated completion prior to actual completion but that was quickly resolved.  All in all we were very pleased.  We dropped in to check progress every day and team was very courteous.  I will say it was a little more cluttered with personal items scattered outside and in during the work but they did clean up everything when complete.  A few splatters were found after completion but minimal considering 2 stories 2499 sq feet completed and nothing we couldn't touch up on our own and had we had them do ceilings/doors it would have resolved itself but we chose to limit to walls and baseboards and exterior for personal budget reasons.  If you need a quality job completed in a short amount of time, this group worked days/nights/weekends until completed.  I would recommend them!"

"It was a pleasure to work with Jim and Carol from the beginning of this project until the end. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and just down right nice people. The installers were on time and the countertops look great. A few weeks after my install, I found out I needed to have larger holes drilled in to my jacuzzi tub for the installation of some new plumbing fixtures. I was informed by the plumbers that they do not perform this service and I would need to call a granite company. I called Granite 4 Less to gather information on how to go about accomplishing this and within 4 hours the installers had stopped by my house and done the job for me. I was lucky they were working in Collierville that day. I really appreciate the extra effort Granite 4 Less made to help me finish this bathroom project."
