All I can say is Jordan is amazing. We broke a torsion spring on Sunday and Jordan was there to fix it on Monday. Very professional and dependable. Reasonable, available, and affordable in COVID times. I would use his expertise in a heartbeat for any garage related build or repair.

Jordan was very professional and courteous during the entire process of repairing my garage door. He not only completed the required adjustments but did additional service that made the door like new. Very professional.

Jeremy was the best! He called first thing the morning after I requested and scheduled an appointment late the prior evening online. He asked me to explain the problem and he was then able to diagnose and estimate the cost to fix the problem. He was able to come out within a few short hours. He was about to repair the problem when we asked if there would be a solution, not necessarily the cheapest, but a longer lasting solution and at what cost? He told us and it was only $20 more but he would have to get it from his supplier. It wasn’t a part he had in his truck that day. He called his supplier and he was able to install it the next morning along with another last minute keypad we asked him to install. Jeremy was very prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, well-mannered, and we highly recommend his services to anyone in the market.

Jordan was great. He called within a few minutes, and said he'd be over in ½ hour and he was. I was expecting to have to schedule for another day, but this was great. Gave me an honest, reasonable quote to do the work. He repaired the panel with a brace, rather than having to replace the whole door. He very easily could have up-sold me, but I'm glad that's there still people like Jordan in the world. Such a rare thing now a days. He also did some adjusting of the rails and fixed someone else's mess of a wiring job that had been done years ago on the two safety beams. At no additional charge... Who does that? I would whole hardheartedly recommend Jordan and will call him again if I need any work done on the door.

Jordan impressed me with his knowledge. He arrived when he said he would, promptly fixed the problem, and explained what he was doing and why. Jordan did some maintenance at no extra charge, and explained to me things I could do to keep my garage door opener working properly. I found him completely honest and wouldn t hesitate to hire him again or recommend to a friend. All in all an excellent transaction.

Jordan Hoover the owner and operator was awesome! He was prompt, efficient, thorough and came with a smile which is something I don't see very often in Memphis! The customer service here for lack of a better word sucks!! I tipped him because my door is in better condition than when I moved in over a year ago. He really helped me out of a bind. I needed to get to work and other companies couldn't get me in until Friday!! I will be recommending him to my friends and coworkers! Thank you Home Advisor for sending him to me!
