Our billing depends on the job size. Jobs under $15,000 the deposits are usually fifty percent. Jobs that are $15,000 and above a payment method will be set up during the writing of the contracts. Jobs requiring a higher amount for materials other than fifty percent are rare but do happen. If this happens we will produce a materials list and show all charges for our customers so that YOU know where YOUR money is/or went.
