Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. "I had my mailbox ran into last week and sent Angi a request. They sent me A Nelson Masonary. They turned a bad situation into a problem solved. The office staff was outstanding. Professional on the phone quick to respond top notch. I was kind of in a bind because the post office would not deliver my mail. Mr. Nelson came over that day and started the project. They came the next day with some helpers. I was again very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic. They had it finished up in a couple hours. I watched them for part of it and saw they all worked together very well and knew how to do things the right way. Mr. Nelson paid attention to every detail including the cement work being perfect and making sure everything was level and exact. They also were very detailed on cleanup. When they were done you would have never known they had been there. They were also extremely reasonable for the level of the project and the time it took to do it right.
