Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. "The work crew that arrived came 3 hours later than anticipated. When it was explained that the order had been inadvertently cancelled and they had to reconstruct the order before coming was understandable. The 3 man crew went directly to work and stayed on task with only a short break for each of them during the project. There was a misunderstanding of how the fence was to be installed and as soon as this was pointed out a corrective action was taken and the project continued. The POA requires the smooth side of the fence to face the public space. the crew started to face it into the yard. I was very impressed with all 3 members of the work crew and they were professional in their performance of their duties. The language they used with me as well as with each other was very much appreciated as no foul language was heard throughout the day. It took the crew about 6 hours to complete the fence hence I will recommend your service anytime I have an opportunity. I had requested to us a Credit Card to pay for the work and was informed it cost 3% to use the service.
