"Nykel did excellent service! He was prompt, kind, and patiently explained the issues wth the old toilet. He pulled it up and the phlange it set on which required a lot of work, drove to the store and bought the new toilet and any other materials which were needed, and replaced the new items in a very timely fashion! "I had an emergency situation. A drain clog made it impossible to use both toilets and bathtubs in my home. To make matters worse this happened on a Sunday.
