I had dirt, small sticks, bugs it was really gross. Everythng i did including using my other toilet, just caused the water to continue rising. By the time Nick arrived, i was sitting by the tub, my heart was racing and i was in panic mode. It was about 3 inches from overflowing completely. The first thing Nick did when he arrived was head straight under the building to releve the pressure. And... all over the poor guy. He was a great sport about it. He cleaned out all drains and replaced some pipes under the building. I would absolutely use and recommend About Schmidt Plumbing for any major plumbing jobs. Thank you Nick. He came Monday, worked hours, brought his son who did the running back and forth, saving me money. He repaired severed electrical cords and installed a junction box, checked and adjusted heads, repaired a broken underground line, replaced the breaker box with a Rain Bird ($165 for this part), worked I'm guessing 4 hours or so. Total bill around $450. Nice, dependable, respectful and informative."
