The process went well! They even stayed late (and cleaned up to get in done) when they ran into some unforeseen difficulties. As owner of a service business I have high expectations of contractors and was not disappointed. They treated my family well and were very courteous. I was impressed that they were able to schedule the job so soon. I think it was two days and we confirmed the proposal. They also did work at my office a few weeks earlier when we had an emergency leak problem. In the past, I've had to call 5 plumbers in order to get a call back from one: not with them!

As it was two days before Thanksgiving, I was having difficulty finding anyone to even talk with me about the unexpected water feature in my front yard.  I was referred to Sanders by another company and, even though they were really busy, when I explained that this not only kept me from having water but also my tenant and the child staying with them Sanders sent somebody over within 30 minutes to assess the problem and give an estimate.
Two nice men showed up the next morning and repaired the water line in less than 2 hours for less than originally estimated.  I would most definitely call them again.  
I was also told that I would be provided a letter to give to the water company explaining the repair and that I could expect an adjustment to my bill.

Arrived on time, pretty much downhill from there.  Plumbing associate told me the problems were caused by a faulty water pressure regulator.  He advised me that the water pressure in my home was more than 120 lbs, and due to this, the warranty would not pay for the kitchen sink repair.  They re-seated the toilet, which has not leaked any further; that was good. 
     They wanted me to pay more than $150 for the sink leak to be fixed that day, but wouldn't guarantee it until the pressure regulator was replaced - and they couldn't replace because didn't have the part needed.  (Stores were still open, but it was in the afternoon, and the associate seemed anxious to be gone.)  He instructed me to call his office, book the pressure valve replacement, and tell the receptionist to charge me $250 to $300 for the replacement work.  I was not comfortable with this instruction.
I had the work done the next week by a different plumbing co, for just more than half that price I was told to quote the receptionist at Sanders Plumbing.  The plumbing technician who eventually replaced the faulty pressure valve advised me that there was almost assuredly less pressure in the city's water lines in my neighborhood than the 120 lbs pressure I had been told.  He advised further that the new valve would probably fix the leak under the sink, which so far, it has.

The plumber and his helper showed up on time with all the necessary parts and tools. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Cost was as quoted + necessary parts. All added parts were shown to be required for operation of the heater and reasonably priced.

I had all of the pipes come apart under my kitchen sink (main drain and garbage disposal). This happened when I was washing a pot in the sink and poured the water out into the drain. Instantly water was everywhere! I called Sanders Plumbing to come out and the lady on the phone was nice and had someone come right away. The person showed up in PLUMBCO van and had a Sanders shirt on but PLUMBCO hat. Really very strange. He told me something about the guy selling his business? Anyway, I explained what had happened and all he did was put all of the original pipes back together that had come undone. I don't understand how this won't happen again so I asked and he said no it probably will. So really was the problem fixed? No.... So I paid $95 for no materials and about 15 minutes of work (he chatted about his family for about 45 minutes).

The city had told us where the line ties into the city sewer line, was broken. The guys showed up exposed the problem and found it to be the city's side that needed fixed. While they could fix it, they offered to call the city out to see the problem and let them fix it. With in hours they had the city inspector out and saying it was their problem. So all we paid was to have the hole dug that included 2 hours labor. They had the chance to rip us off, and didn't take it! Very honest hard working people, and very polite too. Will use the next time we need any plumbing work done.

They did a great job as well. I was happy with the work they did. They were recommended by Joe Johnson.

They were on time and had a competitive bid. I wasn't sure how to take the RPZ valve off in the winter. Brian, the technician, let me record him telling me the instructions so I could relay it properly to my husband.

the toilet still leaks but in a different place than before. they took two visits to figure out and fix the first issue. charged me for both visits. but damaged another area which is now leaking. finally sent out their expert who diagnosed the damage and wanted to charge for replacing the toilet which is now unfixable. when i tried to discuss this with the owner but he was unavailable. never called me back. a few years earlier, same thing happened with the faucet on a claw foot tub. that time they did not charge me for the service after i pointed out that they had irreparably damaged the faucet that was on the tub. i bought and installed a new faucet myself.

This technician was at my house within 30 minutes of my phone call. This was on Saturday!!! He was very polite and professional. He gave me several options once he diagnosed the problem. Since his suppler was not open on the weekend we scheduled another appointment to completely fix all of my plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company!!!!
