Advance Video & Security IncThe technicians arrived on time and the work for all three homes were completed on the day I originally scheduled, the installer even stayed late to complete my home after some early complications. I was extremely pleased with his tenacity at finishing the job he started, he did not pass off the work to any other technician but instead stuck it out until he was 100% finished. I'm not sure they anticipated my picky nature but when there seemed to be some concern about the ability to place the siren and keypads where I wanted them, the owner came on-site along with the salesman and other installers and a plan was hatched out so I could have everything exactly where I wanted. During this time they completed the install on the other homes and came back and finished mine. All items that were promised to me during the sales call were delivered and I even upgraded my system significantly after an extended discussion with the owner while at my residence. The next day when I realized one of the keypads was not working correctly, the owner came back on-site then sent a technician the following business day to repair. Turns out the keypad was faulty and a new one was installed and is now working fine. I am very pleased with all aspects of the sales call and installation of the system, I did not feel pressured in any way and the company has measures in place, such as after contract signature phone calls, to ensure you are satisfied with the manner with which the salesman operated. I can't say enough about everyone involved, from the installers, salesman, and owner it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Before agreeing to the contracts I was offered a list of references by my salesman to which I contacted and received the same report.- Susan G.
