He will make suggestions if you want as to materials, size, etc. He went to great lengths to learn a new finishing technique in order to match an existing table in my room. We had it ALL done, sump pump to cover drainage issues, concrete back porch extention, garden beds and borders, new Sod laid, rock laid, firepit and seating area with pavers & block, large backyard pergola, fencing around our yard, and separating both side yards. They even handled all the lighting, which makes the space perfect day or night. We are beyond pleased with their outstanding customer service, the speed of their work, and the quality they delivered. Project started as simple door and frame replacement because of water damage, and turned into larger and longer project that required replacing studs, drywall, and repainting in addition to door frame replacement due to old termite damage because door frame would not secure to damaged studs.
