They were very knowledgeable and professional when it came to the framing and carpentry side of things. A lot of the finish work and detail work was not of the same quality. There was a tendency for them to do work that was not included in the original part of the bid so there were some surprises in the final bill. All of the roof work and framing was very good. As far as the business side of it, customer care and communication was lacking.
