EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain A Div. of Rowe Plumbing and Irrigation LLCThe singing/shrieking water heater had no expansion tank, substandard piping and connections, substitute 3500W elements intead of the required 4500 set and the internal pressure was so strong it forced steam through the elements, causing rust throughout the electrical components. Other builder/inspector fails too depressing to go over again. Also had to replace the cheap and dead 2-1/2 year old waste disposal that wasn't wired or plumbed correctly. The GOOD NEWS is that Jamie and Co. are honest and the closest to being prefectionist without requiring medication. At least now I don't have to wait for the hot water heater to explode. It's not an option with a textbook perfect installation.- Lisa H.

Zeb Watts Septic & Underground, IncProfessionals from the start! Once I talked to them on the phone, I knew these folks had their stuff together. Even after a delay with the local private water company not allowing us to connect to the sewer system that was only 500ft from our home, Zebb was quick on the trigger to switch from sewer connection to septic drain field repair. The original drain field had only three rows & Zebb was able to install 4 rows in order to expand capacity of the system. Job well done!- Cheryl F.

The job went smooth, the owner came out. He did the deed quickly with no issues. Was polite, courteous and professional. Russell was very personable and easy to work with. He had to install a 60” tub in a 59” space in an old house. Yep!!! We had a little breakdown in communication but he was more than willing to come back and fix the problem. It’s hard to find help you can trust and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Contacted Advanced to repair a leaking gas line at my father in laws house. We noticed the leak while we were in town for Thanksgiving. I contacted Advanced through Angie’s list but they never returned my call. I called them back when we got back home from Thanksgiving and they set up a time to go out to the house the next day. The next day they contacted me and said they needed to bump the call to the next day. They went out, assessed the problem, quoted and repaired the pipe, They also extended the Angie’s List discount which was a pleasant surprise. Other than them not getting back with me initially and also having to delay the scheduled repair I was satisfied with them and would recommend them.

Delta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

I cannot recommend this company. We called hydroscout out to our home to help with detecting a leak. I will say the technician that came out was very professional and thorough. Our leak was so small that its location could not be pinpointed so the technician recommended coming out again in a couple weeks. The main office / management scheduled a follow up session at my house for 2 weeks later, in fact I have a voicemail confirming the date. The morning of the scheduled follow-up appointment I called to verify I was still on the schedule. Much to my surprise my appointment had inexplicably been cancelled. This was a huge inconvenience as I shuffled my work week. Very disappointed in the poor management and customer service. Needless to say I am going with another reputable company in the area.
