They did a good work and they did the job in timely manner

Exceptional service! I requested the services for my senior parents, and they told me that they were very pleased with the process pre-, during, and post- repair of their foundation. They mentioned how punctual the team was and the fact that they could feel the difference in the flooring after the foundation repairs were complete. I am very appreciative that they went out to a very rural area of Alabama. I highly recommend APS!

All went well other than the pricing. Their minimum charge is over $1800. A lot for a small job.

They did a good job. I was just hoping it would stop my wood floors from creaking but they are worse. Overall believe the work done will be good for the house support though

They were supposed to level the floor of my house. Conventional foundation. Can not tell anything was repaired. Floor still sagging and dining room door still will not close. They said they were coming back to finish. Never did. They did waterproof it and put a dehumidifier under house per their recommendation. Probably could have gotten by with out it. 8500.00 dollars later, still got crooked floors.

The first three crews were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Two months later I am still waiting on the next crew to finish the job.

One complaint. The clean up was not very good. I had to ask that they remove large pieces of concrete that were in flower beds. Also, the new concrete looks messy and I canâ t remove the grate for clean out

So I needed help- apparently A LOT of help with my cool weather fescue lawn. These guys provided me with a lot of information relevant to growing this variety in Alabama. That was awesome and very much appreciated! Thank you! Why I didn't rate all 5s is because if I had been given the option of having my lawn treated on a more frequent basis - recognizing the the cost would have been much more I likely would have done it. But without an expert- and my technician is an expert with fescue - on a more frequent basis I was unable to sustain the efforts alone. I did have a gorgeous fescue lawn all last winter but sadly now you'd be hard pressed to find a blade of fescue in my yard.

This is the second time we have used them.

Friendly staff came out when they said they would and did a great job. Little pricey, but compared of the ripping out old and replacing, taking weeks to complete the project around the pool and probably mess up the liner of the pool with concrete getting in. This project took half a day and at the end you couldn’t notice that anyone had been there Except the concrete look great and level and all cracks filled in.
