We scheduled the appointment and, as has been every time we have ad an appointment, the tech showed up exactly within that time slot, which was a one hour window (not the typical "between 8 and 12"). Very quickly diagnosed the issue and made an adjustment, eliminating the noise. Told my wife what he did to fix it, thanked us for being a preventative maintenance customer, and drove off. Cost, none. This company continues to impress me, every single time."
