Adam did a great job and he explained everything he was doing

Adam analyzed our issue, explained everything to us and what needed to be done to correct the issue..he also cleaned the coils, which had excessive dirt buildup causing our unit to run almost non stop and not cool properly.

Gerald came and quoted in timely basis. Then he surprised me and could install much sooner than expected. Brandon B and Clay P showed up on time. They took time to review all work to be done before work started. When completed I told them well done. Thanks Valley for the professional people that you have. I have been a customer for years, I use this company for service and repairs. They are always prompt, professional and flexible with appointment scheduling. This is the second unit they have installed in my current residence. I originally contacted Valley to have Freon added to one of my units; after diagnosing the issue the charges were discussed and I made the decision to replace the unit. Within 24 hours of the first visit they had removed and replaced the unit. CJ R. & Clay P. were the installation crew for this project. They were professional and contentious in their work. They completed the installation in a timely manner and were very respectful of our home. Upon completion of the install all waste including the old equipment was removed both from our home as well as all outdoor areas were work was performed. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

We used Valley Heating and Cooling for the first time today. From the initial phone call we had a great experience. Adam Mason was our technician and we are very pleased with his work. He went above and beyond and got it fixed very quickly. I highly reccomend this company.

From the phone call to the field work, everything was stress free. I called, within an hour a tech was working on my A/C. Communication has always been a plus with me. These guys go above and beyond!

It was an excellent service.

Valley initially came out last summer and found our heat pump was low in refrigerant. They added refrigerant and ran dye. It worked well until the coldest day of the year...20's. I called them at 7:30 am and they came out by 9 am. Found a leak in evaporator coil. Recommended replacement due to age of heat pump. Everyone that came out (Kevin J, Brandon B, and Vance K) were very nice and professional. Installation was complete in one day. They even came back the very next day and replaced the drain system that we had in place. Thank you!

The tech from Valley Heating & Cooling came out and said the motor needed to be replaced for ~$1200. Thankfully, my wife remembered that we have a 1 year home warranty since we just bought the house recently. Another tech hired by the warranty company came out to check the unit. He pushed a switch on the unit and the motor started running. That's all he had to do. He told me it was not a very good design, but sometimes the switch gets tripped and you have to reset it. The Valley tech either did not know about this particular model, or was trying to scam me. Hopefully it was just ignorance, but either way, it could have cost me a lot of money.

Valley Heat & Air came out the day after we called and gave estimate. They were the lowest price and had the best warranty of the 3 businesses that provided estimates. They started installation promptly and stayed late the first day to make sure we air as soon as possible. The Valley team was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

The workers arrived on the time discussed. They cleaned as they went and ensured the areas were clean.

I have had several bids for different size, SEER units. I will be using a different company for this new unit, but I DO recommend Valley Heating & Cooling. They were very professional, timely, courteous and knowledgeable.

They were not able to fix it, we will have to get a new one. I think maybe sending a different tech would have been a good idea. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. They are always prompt. Their price is an F for this particular moment because the air conditioner they quoted is $2500 more than another company we just called. Their quality is always good. Yes, I would use this service provider again.

I typically don't write reviews, but Valley Heating and Cooling really went beyond the average performance you would expect. First, the sales person showed up, on time, and spent time going over all the options. We picked more costly units, partially based on the $900 rebate ( made it more comparable to the less expensive opton). We are building the house ourselves (a slower process)and they worked with us getting the units put in ( waiting for electric, waiting for drywall, waiting for us to paint, finally ready for the blow test (passed)). We had the city inspection and it passed although they want us to put in more flooring in the attic around the units, no biggie. The only issue we had was we didn't qualify for the rebate that we were told about as our units were not replacements (for older/less energy efficient) rather ours was new construction. It was a little stressful as we were counting on the rebate as we are building the house as finances allow. Anyway, after verifying that we definitely did not qualify for the rebate, the company sent me a check for what the rebate was supposed to be. The manager stated it was the cost of learning and since it was in our contract he was going to honor it. So, based on the initial sales estimate/first impression, the installation, and honouring the rebate, I absolutely recommend this company. Great integrity and service.

I don't use them every year, but probably 4 o 5 times over the last 10 years. They are prompt, show up when expected, quick, professional and do a good job.

Talk about being nervous, my A/C unit died Friday night and the temps in the area are expected to be around 100 degrees on Saturday.  Called Valley Heating and Air first thing Saturday morning and the receptionist  said that they were going through their overnight calls but would try to get me in today.  11am, I got a call from the technician and he is on his way.  Now I am really thinking that I am going to have to put in a new unit.  The house I own was built in the 50s and at some point the unit was installed, no telling how old it is.  Anyway, the Tech shows up and finds that I have a bad capacitor and had the unit running in less then 30 minutes!  All told the repair was only $160 dollars including the call out!  Appreciate the help!!!

I had had initially scheduled an AC service with another HVAC provider. When that provider told me my AC compressor had died and gave me a high quote to replace my AC unit, I decided to get other quotes. Valley was one of the HVAC providers that I asked to quote. In short, I was very impressed with them start to finish.
First, they were on time. When I called to ask for a quote, the gentlemen on the phone set an appointment for the next day and arrived around the time he said he would. Then when I had them install my new unit, (which took two days) they were there both days at the time they said they would be. As a working professional, punctuality is very important to me since I usually have to take time off of work for events like this.
Second, they listened. When the field manager came out to work up my quote he answered my questions and listened to what I wanted. I told him that I wanted a quote with different options and that's exactly what he gave me. He gave me a price for just swapping out my old unit (around $6k which was waaaaay cheaper then several other quotes I received) plus a couple other options for better units and more services.
Third, good value. We ended up choosing the most expensive option on the quote (around $9k), BUT that option was almost $2k less then the initial HVAC provider I had contacted, and was for a MUCH better HVAC system (15 SEER two-stage compressor vs a 14 SEER single-stage compressor) and also included a great deal more services (e.g. sealing duct lines, getting old duct line off the ground and hanging them properly, installed vapor barrier in crawl space, sealing registers, running new AC line for unit, and a few other things that I cannot remember). The system they installed also came with a 10 year bumper-to-bumper warranty.
Fourth, hard-working and considerate. Once they got the approval they started immediately. When the crew arrived I let them know that my wife (who works nights) was sleeping and requested that they try to keep the noise down if possible. I know replacing an AC unit and working in a crawlspace can be hard, noisy work but I was quite surprised at how quite they were. They did a great job installing my new system and they did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it.
Although its never cheap to replace an AC unit, I found that Valley gave me what I feel is a great value for the money.
