That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. He worked for and later purchased Carpentry Concepts from the Coffey family.  He's young, but has the work ethic of an old world craftsman.  He was prompt, reasonably priced, and made sure we were all on the same page.  We had drawn up what we thought we wanted and he explained why we may want to change some of the dimensions.  I really appreciated his input.  He was willing to make whatever we wanted in whichever material we chose, but carefully explained what to expect from each of the finishes, colors, and types of wood.  We did experience a problem several weeks later; but Chris immediately set our minds at ease that it would be taken care of.... and, it was.  I cannot explain how pleased we were with his professionalism, work ethic, and talent.
