"If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I called for a diagnosis and possibly a repair for my outdoor unit that quit on me last night. The techs came out and ?tried? to diagnose the issue but had absolutely no idea what they were doing. It is very obvious that they are not properly trained or qualified for the role. After about an hour of messing with my unit a tech walks up to me and asks to see my inside unit. I ask him how things are going and he said ? I think I just blew up your compressor? in shock I said well how do you know and he said ?I hooked something up wrong?. I spoke with one of the owners which is just absolutely rude and did not want to hear that they did anything wrong. I stated I called you to fix my unit and yet it is still not running and the techs left the power turned off and still billed me. He was just trying to make it my fault and not take responsibility for anything. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find someone else CAPABLE!!!!"

We are a Trane dealer and work on most brands. We recently purchased two truckloads of new Grandaire Heat Pump systems. They are made by ICP United Technology the parent company of Carrier and Bryant. These 14 SEER units are $3,995 for a 3 ton Heat Pump system, installed including a new equipment pad, thermostat and emergency drain switch. I currently have 2 through 5 ton systems. When we find great deals from manufacturers on new quality systems we leverage this for our customers.
