"Everything "looked" clean and smelled clean, but as I went back over the areas they said they had scrubbed, there was lots of dirt everywhere. I had to go back over everything. Some drawers and cabinets had never been touched. I was really disappointed especially after the amount of money spent. I was considering hiring on monthly basis because they were pleasant and professional, but I'm not sure exactly what I spent the money on."

"I am Very Satisfied with the work that was performed and the cost!! These guys know their business, they reviewed my furnace and duct system and gave me options. My original request was to replace part of the plenum at the furnace, it was full of mold. Upon inspection they discovered other problems that should be repaired and recommended cleaning the ducts and installing a UV light to kill mold in the future. My son-in-law owns an HVAV business back in Minnesota, so I gave him a call discussing my options. He agreed with Lightspeed Air & Electric's recommendations and that was all I needed to hear. They also fogged the system to kill any existing mold spores! We purchased this home one year ago and finding a few things that need repair. I would recommend Lightspeed Air & Electric to anyone! "Had my a/c ducts cleaned...When I called your office the Price was $89.00 but after all was said and done it was $560...The problem was if the phone operator had given me more information on the additional charges i could have understood better but when the tech. shows you mold ect. what is a person to do....I felt boxed in and if I hadn't gotten it done i was indangering my family.. I'm glad that I had it done and the crew was very professional . They cleaned up there work area before departing and I feel great about getting it done.. Thanks Walt"
