The guys with Duct Doctor were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. Most importantly they were honest. They were not able to clean my ducts due to the fragile material they were made of and the possibility of damaging them. They notified me of their findings and did not charge me for any of the work they had already done. I really appreciate their honesty and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Very nice people. Very prompt. They did quite well. I had some concerns, and they came back. There was nothing wrong, but they didn't overact. They didn't charge me. They were just very kind.

We were experiencing some nagging health problems (coughing, etc.) and suspected it may be a result of mold in our duct work. I scheduled an appt. with the Duct Doctor and after having to do a reschedule the team arrived exactly at the time designated, assessed our situation and confirmed there was mold in the duct work. They said they could clean it out and recommended we also sanitize the ducts upon completion of the cleaning. All of the men were extremely courteous and respectful of our home and my husband and I. We work from home and the team was very quiet and thorough. They covered any furniture that might be affected by falling debris from the vents.
After finishing the cleaning and sanitizing, they vacuumed and cleaned up all the mess that had dropped from the vents. All in all we are very pleased with the results. Immediately the air in the house felt cleaner. And as far as the coughing is concerned, we are seeing a vast improvement.

Very well - also cleaned up - left no mess of any kind

Met Daniel at the local coffee shop and asked him to come over and give me an estimate. Two days later he came over and evaluated my home and what was needed. He thoroughly explained the process making me feel at ease with what they would need to do. We settled on what would be done and a price.

On the day of cleaning they arrived promptly and were in and out in three hours. I was impressed with their toughness both cleaning the ducts and vacuuming up after themselves. Daniel and his assistant were courteous and considerate. The only complaint I had was the price; but hey, you get what you pay for and I was completely satisfied with the results. Daniel also recommended some 'fixes' I could make to help keep my ducting clean. I really appreciated his concern and professionalism.

Arrived on time and spent the next 5-1/2 hours thoroughly cleaning all ducts throughout the house. This included removing mild mold growth and treating the area to prevent its return. Removed all vents and cleaned those as well and cleaned up after themselves very well. Quiet and courteous workers. Would definitely use them in the future.

They were punctual - said they would be at my home at 8:00 and they arrived 5 minutes early. We gave them our concerns with dandruff falling from the vents and rooms not heating to our expectation. They spent 5 hours going thru all duct work, cleaning and also removing the vents from the rooms and cleaning them as well. When finished they cleaned up and you would never know they were in our home. I would highly recommend them.
