They listened to what I requested, were very knowledgeable and experienced, were efficient with time (as well as showed up on time as promised), were neat during the job and cleaned up after themselves. "Started well but was not good with details. Paint on carpet, couch, and window trim. Did not use blue tape so the lines were not crisp with the painting involved. The yellow paint in the kitchen can be seen through the gray paint. Did not put the transitions from the tile to the carpet at first. Had to call back to get transitions placed. There was a slight nick to my wooden dresser drawer. The tile is beautiful and the paint looks nice but the lack of attention to the details has really been disappointing."

"Everything went great except the installation (price, selection, time for installation, etc.). came to install a week early. Had a backsplash width issue, so I sawed it down.left things undone. promised to be back and finish. I called a few days after the install and told them to forget the backsplash, but come finish the job and get their tools. called several times and was promised a return. It has been three weeks and I still have not seen them. I removed the piece of backsplash left in place and the sink clamps. I was really impressed with personnel and service until the job was left unfinished. I'm pleased with how smoothly the selection, cost, and promised date went."
