Everything went great except the installation (price, selection, time for installation, etc.). came to install a week early. Had a backsplash width issue, so I sawed it down.left things undone. promised to be back and finish. I called a few days after the install and told them to forget the backsplash, but come finish the job and get their tools. called several times and was promised a return. It has been three weeks and I still have not seen them. I removed the piece of backsplash left in place and the sink clamps. I was really impressed with personnel and service until the job was left unfinished. I'm pleased with how smoothly the selection, cost, and promised date went.

From the first call until cleaning up after the install Drew and Kelli were great. I had a pretty difficult remodel and they came in with ideas I had never even thought of. Thanks again to them. Highly recommend!

I Alex Binkley want to retract both of my earlier reviews about Countertops and Cabinets! I have Bipolar Issues and other medical conditions. I can't be a good Christian or a Man just because I have no patience and I have mood swings. You can't hold Countertops and Cabinets responsible for my health issues; this is a Family run Company and I would never want to hurt anyone's livelihood. They did an amazing job overall and are willing to put in my back splash at no cost to me! They were awesome folks to work with! I highly recommend them!

This project started off great with Wyatt coming out to talk. Measure, and get half down$$$. The installers came a blew granite dust all over my living room new furniture, dining Table, Cabinets, and walls! Then they have a 3â gap between cabinet and sink, the sink is all jacked up with spacers in rear. Itâ s been 3 months and they still owe me my back splash after over paying them! I would not recommend this company for anything they claim to do. Scratched my cabinets, dust still everywhere and sloppy work on kitchen granite! Iâ m pissed offð ¥µ

"Is there a way to post a picture of our contract I would be glad to do so? It does not call for backsplash we offered backsplash to cover up any scratches in the wall. Our contract clearly states that we cannot be responsible for those and we offered a solution at no cost to you. Our contract also states that there will be dust in your home. It also states there is a $250 charge for comebacks because you did not have your stove in place for your cooktop cut out. We do have pictures of your jobs and if anyone would like to see them if they would be glad to see that it looks great. We also came back and clean the house again after the dust sett."

The process started well with the quote and measurements. They scheduled a quick install date, but then it went downhill. They pulled a no-call/no show twice once it came time for install. The communication is terrible. They did a terrible job with the seam. I was assured I would not be able to see the seam, but it is very visible. The owner said the seam placement would not be a problem, but the installer told me you never put a seam over a dishwasher because it will cause the seam to pop. After only 4 months, the seam popped. I voiced my long list of frustrations to the owner and his response was yelling at me. None of this was acceptable.

"Sorry for your issue. Looks like it was fixed on the day we said. Unfortunately the repair man was a few hours late. The original installer did not use the proper glue. Now is corrected and has been fixed .We always stand behind our work ."

Discussed family color,time frame and setup 1st meeying. He sized up job, we looked at samples he brought and showed me what it would look like on his tablet. Scheduled install at my convenience. Install countertops and will return to address a couple areas that needs attention (minor). The countertop is gorgeous. Would recommend they.

These are great people to work with! They did an amazing job on countertops and cabinets both! The kitchen turned out beautiful with the light gray shaker cabinets and shadow storm countertops! This is a family owned business with very professional trustworthy employees! They took care of this project like it was their own and made it hassle free without me having to be onsite. Can t wait to do another kitchen!!

This business does not provide good customer service. We had to call to follow up although they said they would. They did not follow through with requests. The put two scraps and dents in our brand new refrigerator installing the counter top. They left gagged edges in the counter top. The counter top was dull and although said it was sealed the sheen does not exist. If you care about quality and workmanship look somewhere else.

It is very rare these days to find a salesperson and installers who care more about customer satisfaction more than the sale but, this is exactly what I found with Countertops and Cabinets. Unlike so many of the contractors I have had to deal with Josh and Drew arrived on time for there appointment, explained what they would be doing in simple terms, and followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied with what they had done. Any time your working with construction projects, just remember their can and will be delays....the end result... worth the wait. We love our Granite Countertops and the wait was worth it...great install with no problems.

Not the best experience redoing my kitchen. The owner was very responsive but the workers left a lot to be desired. The cabinets were of good quality, but they initially put the wrong cabinets in the kitchen and one cabinet was hanging over the door into the laundry room by 2-3 inches. I sent a pic to the owner who realized they installed the wrong cabinets. They did replace them. They installed the granite counter tops but there was a crack near the sink that they did not tell me about. I did not notice it until an electrician I hired to install under-cabinet lights pointed it out. The owner did get someone to repair the crack, but I feel that they should have informed me about it. I am in Huntsville and the workers are in Cullman, AL which is about an hour and half from where I live. They would say they were on their way but would not show up 3-4 hours later. That was not that big of a deal to me but why say you are on your way when you are not? Just give me the time to expect you, it is very annoying. There were also some dings on the cabinets and I do not think I got all the shelves that go inside the cabinets. Their price was good and overall, I am happy with the kitchen, but I have concerns about what I did not catch when they were installing the cabinets that might turn up in the future.
