He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. There were other firms that quoted the project at a lower price that did not get the job because their quote was too ambiguous. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, detailed and clean. Within three days they were complete. At the end of each workday the cleaned up and left the site presentable. We received great value and great service. "Everything went great except the installation (price, selection, time for installation, etc.). came to install a week early. Had a backsplash width issue, so I sawed it down.left things undone. promised to be back and finish. I called a few days after the install and told them to forget the backsplash, but come finish the job and get their tools. called several times and was promised a return. It has been three weeks and I still have not seen them. I removed the piece of backsplash left in place and the sink clamps. I was really impressed with personnel and service until the job was left unfinished. I'm pleased with how smoothly the selection, cost, and promised date went."
