"Everything went great except the installation (price, selection, time for installation, etc.). came to install a week early. Had a backsplash width issue, so I sawed it down.left things undone. promised to be back and finish. I called a few days after the install and told them to forget the backsplash, but come finish the job and get their tools. called several times and was promised a return. It has been three weeks and I still have not seen them. I removed the piece of backsplash left in place and the sink clamps. I was really impressed with personnel and service until the job was left unfinished. I'm pleased with how smoothly the selection, cost, and promised date went."

"The installed wood looks fantastic! All the details are there - caulking, thresholds, &etc, The old hardwoods look fresh and neat, and the tile job is amazing; very clean and sharp. The guys were all easy to work with, and Max knows pretty much everything about floors and flooring; he explained everything well and took care of all the details. They ran a little over on schedule, but the end product looked so good it didn't really matter."
