He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. There were other firms that quoted the project at a lower price that did not get the job because their quote was too ambiguous. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, detailed and clean. Within three days they were complete. At the end of each workday the cleaned up and left the site presentable. We received great value and great service. "Started well but was not good with details. Paint on carpet, couch, and window trim. Did not use blue tape so the lines were not crisp with the painting involved. The yellow paint in the kitchen can be seen through the gray paint. Did not put the transitions from the tile to the carpet at first. Had to call back to get transitions placed. There was a slight nick to my wooden dresser drawer. The tile is beautiful and the paint looks nice but the lack of attention to the details has really been disappointing."
