Chris and his crew did a great job. Estimate was spot on no surprises and the crew did the whole job in one day, removal, install, cleanup. The only thing they left was a great looking roof.

Be Careful the Owner Propositioned my wife and put her in a very uncomfortable situation. Then tried to threaten her by telling me she did something wrong. If you value your family do not even call them

I called two months later and was informed that someone had already been to the house to make the permanent fix. There was no one home at the time. I have my doubts if it was resolved because the company was not able tell me the date or time the worker came to apply the permanent fix. I always ask the company to call before coming to the house. The sheet rock in the attic was take down. I was told that somebody would come and reinstall the sheet rock, four months ago. No one has shown up as of this date. I sent the company an email using their website e-mail address. I never received a reply to the e-mail or a phone call. A compliant was filed with the BBB on 05/09/2017. The company president finally called on 06/6/2017 and promise to come to the house to resolve this problem. I am still waiting as of 07/20/2017. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION: TIMELINE: 12/27/16 Foreman can’t locate the roof leak. 01/01/17 Foreman applied a temporary fix. 02/10/17 Ask when a permanent fix can be done. 02/26/17 Sent an e-mail using the Company’s e-mail address. 03/06/17 I was told the permanent fix was done, last month. 05/09/17 Complaint filed with the BBB. 06/06/17 Company president called. Copy of the E-mail February 26, 2017 Will you please call and explained to me why the permanent fix has not been done? I paid your company the full price after the initial fix was apply, last December. The initial fix didn’t solve the problem. I would like to re-paint the closet ceiling because of the water damage. Not interested in painting the ceiling twice if the temporary patch fails. Will the two year guarantee reflect the actual date the permanent fix was done or the initial start date?

Murphree Roofing performed a what was supposed to be a total re-roof of the roof system on our house.  On the surface they were nice and professional.  As it turns out, corners were cut which produced a slow leak inside the walls that went undetected for several years.  This caused THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars in damage and rot behind the walls of our house.  After repeatedly missing appointments to discuss the remedy, they finally "said" they would pay for some of the damage.  It has been almost a year and they still have not come through with that promise, just more excuses.  There is a huge gap between what they say and what they actually do.  Buyer Beware, use Murphree Roofing at your own risk!!
